icgbet Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "icgbet", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to icgbet and its operating entity, accessible at icgbet.win.
• "User", "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the icgbet platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on icgbet.
• "Wallet" means the MYR-denominated balance held within a Player's icgbet Account.
• "Services" means all gambling, gaming, betting, and related services offered through icgbet, including but not limited to sportsbook, live casino, slots, Toto 4D, and blackjack.
• "Bonus Funds" means any non-cashable promotional credits credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedures conducted by icgbet.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the icgbet platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager through icgbet's Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with icgbet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not access or use the icgbet platform. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of icgbet is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. icgbet strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate or legal entity registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an icgbet employee, or an employee of any game provider or partner currently integrated with icgbet.
• You must not currently be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion arrangement with icgbet or any gambling self-exclusion scheme.

icgbet reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to icgbet's satisfaction.

4. Account Registration

To access icgbet's Services, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply:

• Each individual may hold one Account only. Opening or maintaining multiple Accounts is prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, icgbet will close all Accounts and may void winnings and forfeit balances in the duplicate Accounts.
• All registration information provided to icgbet must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if it changes.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• icgbet is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials, except to the extent such failure is attributable to a security breach on icgbet's systems.
• You must notify icgbet immediately via support if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

icgbet operates under international gaming authority licensing which mandates identity and age verification for all players. The following KYC requirements apply:

• All players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal. icgbet may also require KYC completion at account registration or upon reaching a specified deposit threshold.
• Acceptable identity documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification document.
• Proof of address may be required in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document issued within the past three months.
• Where a Player's payment method is a digital wallet (such as Touch 'n Go eWallet or Boost), icgbet may require confirmation that the wallet is registered in the Player's own name.
• icgbet may place a hold on withdrawal requests until KYC verification is completed. Funds are not at risk during this hold period, but will not be released until verification is satisfactory.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent KYC documentation is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

All Wallet transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals on icgbet:

• The minimum deposit is RM 50. Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Available methods may vary and are subject to change.
• Deposits made via third-party accounts — i.e., accounts not belonging to the registered Player — are prohibited. icgbet reserves the right to withhold funds deposited from a third party pending investigation.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to icgbet's discretion.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification and compliance with any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
• icgbet targets withdrawal processing within one business day for standard verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during public holidays or periods of high transaction volume.
• icgbet does not charge withdrawal fees for standard methods. Players should check with their bank or e-wallet provider for any receiving fees that may apply on their end.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

icgbet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional offers to registered Players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless explicitly stated, the standard wagering requirement for casino bonuses is 35x the bonus amount. Sportsbook bonus wagering requirements will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10%–20%, and certain games may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Players may not withdraw Bonus Funds directly. Only real money winnings that have met the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• icgbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, matched betting using platform bonuses, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting platform errors — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential Account suspension.

8. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed through icgbet's Services:

• All bets are final once confirmed. icgbet does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under the specific game or event rules.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects game outcomes, icgbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Players concerned. icgbet's decision on such matters is final.
• Sportsbook bets are settled according to the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body. icgbet may use alternative sources where official results are not available within a reasonable timeframe.
• icgbet uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all applicable games. Live casino games are operated by licensed live studio providers using real cards and real dealers. Game integrity is overseen by independent testing laboratories.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per account. VIP players may be eligible for higher limits through the icgbet VIP programme.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the icgbet platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit any part of the icgbet platform.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in circumventing account eligibility restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or undocumented features to gain an advantage. Any winnings gained through exploitation of errors are void and will not be paid out.
• Posting, transmitting, or facilitating harmful, defamatory, or abusive content through any icgbet communication channel.

icgbet employs real-time fraud monitoring and reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the icgbet platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and user interface elements — is the property of icgbet or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any icgbet content without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• icgbet provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. icgbet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free service availability.
• icgbet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including gambling losses.
• icgbet's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to icgbet in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits icgbet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Responsible Gambling

icgbet is committed to responsible gambling. The platform provides tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools, accessible from their Account settings.

13. Account Suspension and Closure

icgbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• At the Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Regulatory or legal requirement.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than Player-initiated self-exclusion or voluntary closure, icgbet will return verified real-money balances (net of any applicable Bonus Funds) following the completion of any investigation required. Accounts closed due to fraud or Terms violations may have balances forfeited.

14. Amendments

icgbet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Registered Players will be notified of material amendments via the email address associated with their Account. The amended Terms will be effective upon the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of the icgbet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and icgbet, the following resolution process applies:

1. First step: Contact icgbet support directly via live chat or email at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. icgbet aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.
2. Second step: If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through icgbet's internal process, the matter may be escalated to icgbet's licensing authority in accordance with that authority's complaints procedure.
3. Disputes must be raised within 6 months of the event giving rise to the complaint. Claims raised outside this window may not be accepted.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which icgbet's international gaming licence is issued. By using the icgbet platform, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that territory for resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the process described in Section 15.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
